Tomsk entrepreneur was accused of large-scale theft during garbage removal
According to the investigation, the businessman provided false reports on the volume of work performed under municipal contracts
In Tomsk, an individual entrepreneur was charged with fraud on an especially large scale.
According to the investigation, from December 2024 to December 2025, the man performed municipal contracts for the removal of solid municipal waste for disposal, but in the reporting documents indicated the wrong amount of work. Because of this, the budget of Tomsk was damaged by more than 2.3 million rubles.
The case was initiated on the materials of the FSB of Russia in the Tomsk region. Investigators together with FSB officers conducted searches at the entrepreneur’s home and at work, seized documents. The man admitted his guilt.
