In Brest, a drunken lawless woman caused an accident

The police received information from citizens about a traffic accident in Brest. The nearest DPS crew immediately left the place.

Arriving at the address, the inspectors found that the 21-year-old Brest resident was driving the car that committed an accident. She never obtained a driving licence and drove a vehicle without the right to do so.

- During the conversation, the staff noticed her clear signs of alcohol intoxication. The result of the examination confirmed suspicions of 1.19 ppm of alcohol in the exhaled air, the police said.

The result of the reckless trip was the placement of the car on a guarded parking lot and administrative materials immediately under three articles of the Administrative Code: for committing a traffic accident, for driving a vehicle by a person without the right to drive, for driving a car in a state of alcoholic intoxication.
