In the Dinsky district, a man will be tried for fraud with the installation of windows

In the Dinsky district, a 32-year-old local resident will appear in court, who is accused of fraud when installing windows.

This was reported in the press service of the GU MIA of the Russian Federation in the Krasnodar Territory. According to the investigation, the man posted an announcement on the Internet about installing windows and attracted the client with the promise to perform the work on time.

After that, he received an advance payment in the amount of 50 thousand rubles, but he did not start the manufacture and installation of windows, and spent the money at his discretion.

Now the criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the court for consideration on the merits. According to part 2 of article 159 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation, the defendant faces up to five years of imprisonment.
