In the Mogilev district detained poacher with prohibited gear

Employees of the Bykhov Interdistrict Inspectorate in the fishing grounds of the reserve fund in the floodplain of the Drut River stopped the violation of environmental legislation. A local resident used an inflatable PVC boat with a powerful boat engine and 45 banned “screen TVs” for illegal fishing. With these actions, the citizen grossly violated the rules of amateur fishing, approved by Decree No. 284 “On Fishing and Fishing”. In respect of him, an administrative process has been initiated under Part 1 and Part 2 of Article 16.25 of the Administrative Code. All prohibited fishing gear, illegal catch, as well as a boat with a motor seized.

At the end of the river Pronia near the village of Rabovichi, inspectors found an amateur fisherman who put 24 fishing mugs on the water, which seriously exceeded the allowed limit of tackle. He did not have time to get the fish for reasons beyond his control, but the very fact of excess was enough to fix the offense. Now, an administrative process has been initiated against him under Part 2 of Article 16.25 of the Administrative Code.
