In Pomorie, a 17-year-old convict will appear in court

He is accused of disorganizing the activities of the educational colony. According to the investigation, on August 13, 2026, in a colony in the Primorsky municipal district, a teenager, trying to prevent the search, insulted an employee of the institution and threatened him with physical violence. The criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 321 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the threat of violence against an employee of the place of deprivation of liberty) was sent to court with an indictment approved by the prosecutor. The investigation was completed by the Investigative Committee for the Arkhangelsk region and the NAA.
