In North Ossetia detained 20-year-old mortgager

In the Prigorodny district of North Ossetia, police detained a 20-year-old resident of Vladikavkaz, suspected of attempting to sell drugs. This was reported in the Republican interior Ministry.

The young man was detained in the village of Alkhanchurt. During a personal search, a drug was found in the pocket of sports pants.

According to police, in early October, through the messenger, he received a job offer related to the transportation of prohibited substances. Following the instructions of the handlers, he took the drug from the stash. According to investigators, the substance he planned to package and distribute through bookmarks.

A criminal case has been opened for attempted drug sales by a group of persons on preliminary conspiracy. The maximum penalty is up to 20 years in prison.
