In Tatarstan for nine months in an accident killed 14 minors

For nine months of 2026 in the Republic of Tatarstan in road accidents killed 14 children, another 381 children were injured. Such data were voiced in the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Republic.

A total of 358 accidents involving minors were registered during this period.

To reduce the number of such incidents, a set of measures will be organized in Tatarstan from October 26 to November 8. It will include raids, safety lessons in schools, as well as the prevention of violations of the rules of transportation of children. The State Traffic Inspectorate urges drivers and parents to be more attentive, especially during the holidays, when children are more likely to be on the street unaccompanied by adults.
