The driver of the car hit a teenager on a motorcycle in the Zaporizhia village

In the village of Great Belozerka of Zaporozhye region, the driver hit a teenager on a motorcycle. This was reported in the administration of the Kamensk-Dnipro district.

The traffic accident occurred on September 15 at about 19:00. The driver of the Ford Escape car born in 1974, making a turn to the left, did not verify the safety of the maneuver – as a result, there was a collision with a motorcycle “GEON CR6”, which was driven by a 17-year-old boy. A teenager with injuries independently sought medical help in the hospital.

Currently, a thorough check is being conducted on the fact of an accident: specialists establish all the circumstances of the accident and determine the degree of responsibility of each of the participants.

Traffic police reminds: you can drive a motorcycle with an engine capacity of more than 50 cm3 from 18 years with the rights of category "A". For driving without a license, a teenager faces a fine of 5,000-15,000 rubles, for the transfer of the vehicle to a minor - 30,000 rubles to the owner. Parents can also be held accountable. Traffic police urge parents not to allow teenagers to drive, and drivers to be more careful on the roads.
