A resident of Simferopol district repaid a debt to two friends to sell the land
A resident of the Simferopol district repaid a debt to two friends to sell the land. He returned them 1 million 565 thousand rubles. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
The man borrowed money from two friends and did not return them, and the courts satisfied their claims. Even after the decisions of the courts, he did not pay, so the bailiff-executor of the bailiffs department in the Simferopol district initiated enforcement proceedings, which were then combined into a consolidated one.
The bailiff checked the property of the debtor and identified a land plot that was banned from registration actions. In addition, he arrested the bank accounts of the man, temporarily limited his travel abroad in Russia and collected an executive fee totaling 109 thousand rubles.
Soon, the man needed to sell the land, but due to the ban, it did not work. To make the deal, he found the right amount and repaid the debt along with the executive fee, transferring the money to the deposit account of the branch. The enforcement proceedings are completed with actual execution.
