A resident of the Tomsk district “rolled” bailiffs on the hood and received 3 years in prison
The man did not want to give his car to account of debt on the loan and tried to escape

The Tomsk district court sentenced in a criminal case on the use of violence against a representative of the authorities against a 34-year-old local resident.
So, in March 2026, bailiffs arrived at the house of the defendant in the Left Bank Life microdistrict. Specialists were going to arrest a car that was pledged to the bank because of overdue debt on the loan. Not wanting to give the vehicle, the man tried to hide on it, but two bailiffs embraced the hood with their hands. The driver added gas and, accelerating, “rolled” employees on the hood: one of them, in order not to fall under the wheels, held on to the elements of the car. At the turn, the man turned the steering wheel abruptly and both officials were thrown onto the road.
During the investigation, the defendant fully admitted guilt. Later, in court, he changed his position, saying that he did not understand who was in front of him, and did not want to harm anyone. However, the public prosecutor convinced the court of the premeditated nature of the crime.
Agreeing with the prosecutor, the court sentenced the perpetrator to three years in prison in a general regime correctional colony. The Hyundai Solaris car owned by the convict was confiscated to the state.
