A resident of the Tver region became a defendant in a criminal case after going hunting

In the Red Hill of the Tver region, police officers established the involvement of a 46-year-old local resident in poaching.

According to operational data, the man illegally shot elk on hunting grounds near the village of Rachevo. After that, he cut the carcass of the animal and on the all-terrain vehicle transported the prey home. The damage from the actions of the attacker was estimated at 80,000 rubles.

The man confessed to what he did. A criminal case was opened against him under part 1 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
