A resident of the Volgograd region bought fake rights to control the boat

According to the Volgograd Transport Prosecutor’s Office, in 2022, a resident of the region purchased a certificate through the network for the right to operate a small vessel without undergoing training and passing exams. They cost him 15,000 rubles. In August 2026, he showed the document to an employee of the State Inspectorate for Small-Sized Vessels of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Volgograd region, who immediately suspected a forgery.

The inspection confirmed that the ID was fake. The approved indictment and materials of the criminal case were sent to the court.
