Residents of Maloyaroslavets received sentences for a brutal attack

Two residents of Maloyaroslavets received 10.5 and 8.5 years in a strict regime colony for the attempted murder of a friend. This was reported in the regional office of the Investigative Committee.

The reason for the attack was revenge: one of the men suspected a friend of contracting a sexually transmitted disease.

In a state of alcoholic and narcotic intoxication, accomplices came to his house, fired a signal gun in the eye, beat him, wounded him with a knife and tried to strangle him with a chain. However, it broke, and the victim managed to escape.

As a result of the attack, the man lost an eye, his health was seriously harmed. In addition, one of the convicts threatened to kill the witness.

In addition to prison terms, each was given a year's imprisonment.
