A resident of the Altai Territory quarreled with a roommate and broke a glass on his head
In the Kamensky district, a conflict in the kitchen led a local resident to the dock.

From the materials of the case it is known that the villager together with his partner drank alcohol at home. At some point, the lovers quarreled. The woman, in a fit of anger, grabbed a glass from the table and, not calculating the force, threw it towards her partner. The glass vessel hit the man in the head and broke. The shrapnel wounded the villager, causing him injuries in the form of a cut wound to the ear.
The defendant was charged under paragraph 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (deliberate infliction of light harm to health, committed with the use of weapons or objects used as weapons).
During the court hearing, the villager admitted guilt and repented of what she had done, and also apologized to her beloved. The victim petitioned for the termination of the criminal case in connection with reconciliation with the defendant.
The magistrate on the basis of Article 25 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation stopped the criminal case in connection with the reconciliation of the parties. The ruling has entered into legal force.
