A resident of Pervomaysky district was convicted for alimony debt for four children

In Pervomaysky district, the court sentenced a local resident to forced labor for evading payment of alimony for the maintenance of four children. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of Crimea.

As established by the court, the woman did not fulfill the obligation to pay alimony for the maintenance of their children, because of which her debt exceeded 400 thousand rubles.

Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, the court appointed the woman 8 months of forced labor with a monthly withholding of 5% of earnings in favor of the state. The sentence has already entered into force.
