A resident of the Rostov region was convicted in Essentuki for crimes against a child

In Essentuki sentenced 53-year-old resident of the Rostov region. He collected evidence that the court found sufficient to charge for the distribution of pornographic materials via the Internet and for indecent acts against a person under 14 years of age.

The events developed in July 2025. The parents of a child injured in an attack by a stray dog on a playground in Essentuki have faced criticism from a group of people defending the animal. One woman sent an obscene message and a similar video to a minor on her mobile phone. The child got acquainted with these materials.

The court sentenced the woman to 4 years of imprisonment with serving in a general regime correctional colony. In addition, she is deprived of the right to engage in activities in the field of education, upbringing and development of minors for 6 years.
