Sberbank spoke about the possible risks for future dividends

Regulatory requirements of the Bank of Russia to capital adequacy may in the future affect the commitment of Sberbank to allocate 50% of net profit under IFRS to dividends. About this during the WEF “Vedomosti” told Deputy Chairman and financial Director of Sberbank Taras Skvortsov. “As long as our business allows us to pay half the profits, we will pay half. We have two benchmarks: to grow no slower than the market and allocate the rest of the profit to dividends – ideally half. If we can combine this, we feel completely comfortable, he said.
