Business Parks Money Under Trust Management
As of June 30, 2026, the portfolios of legal entities within the framework of trust management in the Criminal Code “Alfa-Capital” were dominated by positions in bonds, deposits and settlement accounts. These instruments account for more than half of all open positions, according to a review of the investment market research laboratory “Alfa-capital”, which was familiarized with “Vedomosti”. The share of bonds ranged from 32 to 78% depending on the category of companies that the Criminal Code ranked by revenue (from <0.1 billion to >5 billion, there is also a group of “other”). In monetary terms, the share of money market instruments (repo agreements) is from 24 to 89% of assets.
