Mortgage issuance in October fell by almost half compared to September: the volume of loans fell by 49.2% and amounted to 308.8 billion rubles, and their number - by 38.8% to 75,500 pieces, follows from the express monitoring of the analytical company Frank RG. In annual dynamics, the segment sank by 36.2% in volume and by 26.4% in quantity. The average check for the month decreased by 17.1% to 4.1 million rubles (-16% year-on-year).
