Shares of “EuroTrans” fell on the news about the suspension of the company’s gas station

Shares of the company “EuroTrans” (EUTR), which manages the network of gas stations “Trassa”, fell sharply at auction on Sunday, November 8. Quotes lost 5.58%, to е20.3 per paper, after which they rested on the bar - there were no more buyers in the glass.

The fall was triggered by the news that the network of gas stations “Trassa”, owned by EuroTrans, suspended work. This was reported to Interfax in the Ministry of Energy of the Moscow region.

Of the 53 filling stations of PJSC “EuroTrans”, the Trassa brand does not operate all 53 filling stations. Currently, the owner of the company’s property, Gazprombank Leasing, is seizing all 57 filling stations, the statement said.

PJSC EuroTrans in 2026 is in deep crisis.

In the first half of 2026, the company's revenue decreased by 28.5%, to ом76.6 billion, compared to the same period last year. EBITDA fell more than 20 times to .500 million. Net loss was исты5.7 billion against net profit исты3.2 billion a year earlier.

On September 7, PJSC EuroTrans made a full default on coupon payments on all issues of exchange bonds. We are talking about seven issues of exchange bonds and three issues of corporate bonds with a total volume of в27.1 billion. According to Cbonds, the issuer’s public debt is $410 million ().33.7 billion).

In September, top managers of the company were detained in the case of theft of motor fuel. At the end of the month, the court arrested 44% of EuroTrans shares worth about у1.6 billion owned by the chairman of the board of directors of the company Igor Martyshov. The court on September 30 considered the complaint about the arrest of the entrepreneur and left him in custody until November 6.

In addition, the fuel operator received a number of major lawsuits from creditors. And on October 12, Sberbank filed a lawsuit for bankruptcy of PJSC EuroTrans. A similar intention was also stated by the Bank “Russia”.

Amid a flood of negative news, Eurotrans shares have fallen by more than 85% since the beginning of the year. Since September 18, the Moscow Exchange transferred the shares of EuroTrans to the third level of the list of securities admitted to trading. Previously, the company's securities were included in the first level. Also, since September 18, the exchange has included EuroTrans securities in the sector of high investment risk companies. Papers were excluded from the indices of the consumer sector, broad market, medium and small capitalization.

Analysts of T-Investments recommend selling shares of EuroTrans.

Our position on all EuroTrans securities remains unchanged. We remain convinced that the best thing to do with securities is to sell in a glass, as long as there are at least some buyers. We would not buy the defaulter’s shares in the current conditions, Ivan Taskin, head of the fixed-income instruments analytics department, wrote in late September.

"EuroTrans" is the operator of the network of filling stations "Trassa", operating in Moscow and the Moscow region.
