In the border and new regions, the emergency reserve of equipment and spare parts was tripled in case of drone attacks on power facilities. This was stated by the Deputy Director of the Department of operational management in the fuel and energy sector of the Ministry of energy of Russia Vitaly Pormenika. He spoke at a round table in the Federation Council dedicated to the beginning of the heating season of 2026-2027.
