In the large hall of the Administration of the Petrozavodsk city district, more than 150 residents of the city, children and adults, received congratulations on the successful completion of the tests of the All-Russian complex of the GTO.
Various representatives of the city’s population voluntarily undergo GTO testing, but everyone has one thing in common – determination. Only purposeful and physically prepared people will be able to achieve success in school, work and life. It is this feature that the head of the Petrozavodsk city district Inna Kolykhmatova noted among the citizens, welcoming the participants of the celebration and handing them cherished insignia.
Insignia was also awarded to the world champion in combat sambo, Honored Master of Sports of Russia Maxim Antipov and a member of the national team in kyokusinkai, multiple winner of the championships of Russia and international competitions Timofey Petrov.
Insignia of the All-Russian complex received the families of the city, children of many schools, representatives of different labor collectives of Petrozavodsk. And what is especially important to note is that more and more residents of the capital are joining the GTO movement.
