From October 12, viewers can issue a refund for tickets to the failed concerts of Kanye West (Ye) in St. Petersburg. The rapper’s performances were scheduled for October 10 and 11 at Gazprom Arena.
The newsletter, which began to receive ticket buyers, says that all viewers will be able to return the money regardless of the date of purchase and the conditions in force at the time of purchase of the ticket. Including refunds available for tickets purchased during the special promotion from 17 to 23 August, and from 24 August until the end of sales.
The organizer of the concerts Say Agency previously reported that the return will pass through the automated service INTICKETS, the application must be created independently.
When canceling the event, the nominal cost of the ticket is returned, lawyers previously interviewed by RBC said. The published offer states that when canceling, replacing or transferring an event, the service fee and the cost of delivery are not returned, since they are considered to be payment for already rendered agency services.

What happened to the concerts

On September 29, the American agency Access Opera, a partner of West’s concert tour, announced that his performance in St. Petersburg will not take place. The next day, Say Agency confirmed that the concerts would not be held on scheduled dates. In an interview with RBC, the general director of the agency called a mistake made during the organization of the concert that the organizers relied on “conceptual relations that are accepted in the industry”, referring to the issue of signing a contract with Gazprom Arena.
