Equipment and consumables were delivered to the ISS for experiments. In particular, as part of the Teledroid work, cosmonauts are exploring the possibility of using an anthropomorphic robot to support human spacewalks. To do this, a special exoskeleton for remote control was delivered to the station. Cosmonaut Anna Kikina was trained as an operator of such a robot.
In addition, the ship delivered about 2.4 tons of cargo. Among them are 842 kg of fuel for refueling the station, 420 liters of drinking water, 1.3 thousand kg of food, 377 kg of sanitary equipment and medicines, as well as 50 kg of oxygen.
The Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket with the Progress MS-35 spacecraft launched from Baikonur on August 16 at 16:34 GMT. After 9 minutes, the ship entered orbit.
