The Ministry proposes to increase the number of areas for admission to which physics will be required to 37, including all areas and specialties of mechanical engineering. History should become mandatory in areas where universities can choose between it and social science, and mathematics - in all specialties in the field of information security. The multidisciplinary competition is proposed to be canceled in order to accept applicants for a specific specialty or direction. For the exam in mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer science or biology, which is not involved in the main competition, the applicant can be awarded from 15 to 25 additional points.
