Murmansk Airport has joined the federal project “Labor Productivity”. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk region.

The airport became a participant in the project in September 2026. The working group has already been trained in the basics of lean production. In November, experts will begin to study how the airport handles passengers.

Experts will help you find where time and energy is lost, and tell you how to fix it. In the first year, the airport is expected to accelerate by at least five percent.

In the Murmansk region there are already 23 participants in the project. Five companies joined in 2026.

Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” said that Murmansk airport entered the top 5 convenient airports for families with children.
