Volgograd residents with disabilities will return half the cost of OSAGO
Compensation is due in the presence of medical indications for the use of the car

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia reacted to a wave of complaints of Volgograd residents about the state of municipal infrastructure. Appeals of residents, published in the media and social networks, reached the head of the department – and now criminal inspections are launched on them.
A particularly alarming situation has developed in the house on Kanatchikov Avenue. Residents sound the alarm: in high-rise buildings there is no heating and hot water supply. At the same time, a 100-year-old veteran of the Great Patriotic War lives in the house - for an elderly person, the lack of basic communal benefits becomes a serious test. Citizens insist that the actions of responsible persons be given a criminal legal assessment.
No less acute problem - in the house on the street 50 years of October, where the bulk of the residents are pensioners and large families. People have been facing a series of communal woes for years: the house has not seen major repairs for a long time, interruptions regularly occur in the power grid, and worn-out pipelines are now and then torn due to accidents. To this are added the usual troubles - the lack of heating and hot water.
Now the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Volgograd region conduct procedural checks on all these facts. On behalf of Alexander Bastrykin, the head of the regional SU IC Vasily Semenov should initiate criminal cases on appeals of citizens about violation of housing rights. In addition, the head of the regional department will report on what measures are being taken to restore the rights of Volgograd residents.
