The head of the Crimea Sergey Aksyonov said that the daily appeals of residents are still dominated by two topics – energy supply and the passage of the autumn-winter period. According to him, the government sees the existing problems and is doing everything possible to solve them, and emergency teams are working in an enhanced mode.
Aksyonov said that he receives information about the situation in the republic daily. The data comes not only from citizens, but also from all services, including the Ministry of Emergency Situations and law enforcement agencies, as well as from assistants to the head.
According to Aksyonov, the Crimean government is aware of the scale of the problems and is taking action. All emergency crews have been put into enhanced operation mode. Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic Yuri Gotsanyuk is currently in Kerch, and deputy prime ministers are in the regions they supervise.
“No one is sitting in the offices,” wrote the head of the Crimea in his channel in the messenger “Max”.
Aksyonov acknowledged that the situation remains difficult. According to him, it is impossible to fix everything at once due to technical, military and subjective reasons. At the same time, he expressed confidence that joint efforts will overcome the difficulties.
Problems with power supply in the Crimea worsened in early November 2026. On November 3, due to an accident on the main networks outside the peninsula, restrictions on the supply of light were introduced in the republic, and the available capacities were sent to power socially important facilities.
Against this background, in the cities of Crimea began interruptions with heating. In Alushta, for example, boiler houses stopped due to power outages. By November 5, all the boiler houses of the city managed to connect to electricity – the heat gradually returned to residential buildings.
In Evpatoria, power engineers connected seven backup generators for the operation of transformer substations, and the work was conducted around the clock. However, the light schedules in the region still did not work: there was not enough energy to comply with them.
