JSC "TEK SPb" left the broken asphalt after work on three streets

JSC "TEK SPb" received a warning from GATI for not eliminating the drawdown of asphalt on the roadway after excavation in the Primorsky district. Information about this is posted on the website of the Prosecutor General's Office.

The problem arose on Shuvalovsky Prospect, Litorinovaya Street and Korolev Avenue. Earthworks commissioned by "TEK SPb" was carried out from January 28 to June 15 this year.

After the completion of work on the roadway, asphalt-concrete subsidences were formed. The defect on September 18 was discovered by specialists of the North-Western Regional Roads and Improvement Administration. Three days later, the companies sent a notice demanding to put the road in order.

However, a re-check on October 12 showed that the defect was never corrected. Information about the violation was transferred to GATI. Now the company faces liability under the article on violation of the rules of improvement.
