Artem Turov: in 2027 in the Monastery will overhaul the kindergarten “Sun”

During a working visit to the Monastyrshchi district, State Duma deputy Artem Turov together with the secretary of the local branch of United Russia Viktor Titov conducted an inspection of infrastructure facilities. The parliamentarian and the party representative assessed the pace and quality of the work carried out, and also discussed the implementation of the United Russia People’s Program and plans for future periods.

One of the key areas of development will be the overhaul of the Sun kindergarten in the Monastyr region, which is scheduled for next year as part of the New School party project. For these purposes, on behalf of Governor Vasily Anokhin, about 36 million rubles were allocated. The organizers noted that during the repair work, the educational process will not be interrupted: pupils will temporarily visit groups in the building of the local school.

Special attention was paid during the inspection to sports and urban infrastructure. At the stadium "Youth" continues modernization: within the framework of the federal project "Business Sprint" ("I choose sports"), there is already a "smart" platform, and in 2026 work is completed on the installation of fencing, new lighting poles, stands and laying rubber coating on treadmills. At the same time, Artem Turov drew attention to the shortcomings in laying the coating at one of the sites, but Viktor Titov assured that these defects will be eliminated in the near future.

The development of the urban environment also affected the improvement of yards and playgrounds. As part of the project “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment”, a new play area has appeared in the village on the territory of agricultural machinery, and on September 25th, works on the improvement of the adjacent territory were completed in accordance with the national project “Infrastructure for Life”. In recent years, seven courtyard areas have been put in order in the district and five new gaming complexes have been installed.

In parallel with this, active work is being carried out on the road network, in particular, the repair of the central street of the village - Sovetskaya, where important social facilities are concentrated, is being completed. In addition, the restoration of the memorial sign “Bayonet and Banner” at the entrance to the Monastyr region was completed, which included strengthening the retaining wall, leveling the base and laying paving slabs.

Summing up the results of the visit, Artem Turov stressed that during regular inspections of municipal districts, special attention is paid to monitoring the implementation of the National Program and the quality of use of budget funds. According to him, this approach allows us to ensure that each budget ruble is used to achieve real results and improve the living conditions of citizens.
