Bastrykin demanded a report on problems with heating in the house on Krylov Street in Lipetsk

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed to report on the situation with the violation of housing rights of residents of an apartment building on Krylov Street in Lipetsk. People complain of lack of heating, interruptions with hot water and emergency communications. This was reported in the Investigative Committee of Russia.

The appeal of residents appeared on social networks. According to them, problems persist for a long time, and appeals to authorized bodies do not give the desired result.

The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Lipetsk region organized a procedural audit. It is carried out on the grounds of a crime under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of safety of life or health.

Bastrykin instructed the head of the regional department of the Investigative Committee Evgeny Shapovalov to submit a report on the progress of the inspection, the arguments of residents and measures taken to protect their rights.
