Bastrykin requested a report on the case of eviction of Ufimka and her child from the apartment

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin requested a report on the investigation of violations of housing rights of Ufamka and her six-year-old son.

So, on the federal channel there was a story that relatives illegally obtained the alienation of a woman’s share in the apartment without her consent. Then they created unbearable living conditions, because of which the citizen, along with his six-year-old son, had to move to a social shelter.

Employees of the detective committee of Bashkiria opened a criminal case on arbitrariness. The head of the department Vladimir Arkhangelsky will report on the progress of the investigation to Alexander Bastrykin.
