Belgorodets continued the family’s work thanks to the social contract

The social contract helped Igor Shved, a resident of the Novooskol district of the Belgorod region, to continue the family business. Since childhood, he watched his grandfather, who smoked fish and meat using ancient technologies.

To bring production to a new level, Igor Shved first received a specialized education at the Voronezh State Agrarian University named after Peter I in the specialty “Technology of production and processing of agricultural products”. Then, thanks to state support, he acquired the necessary professional equipment and is now engaged in smoking products as a real master.
