In Ulyanovsk on November 9 dismantled two shopping facilities in Karamzin lane. Under the demolition fell shooting range and kiosk with pastries, located to the south-west of the house No. 2. As it became known to "MK in Ulyanovsk", both structures are recognized as arbitrarily installed.

Work will begin on November 9, 2026 at 9:00. The dismantling was entrusted to the municipal budgetary institution “City Center for landscaping and landscaping of Ulyanovsk”.

We are talking about two non-stationary objects located next to each other. The first is a pavilion with the inscription "Tyre". The second is a shopping kiosk with the sign “Attraction”. Both are located in Karamzin Lane, southwest of No. 2.

For dismantled structures, a storage location has been determined. They must be transported to Gaia Avenue, to house number 87.

Earlier, in Ulyanovsk, a decision was already taken to dismantle the arbitrarily installed objects of movable property. Decision No. 658 of 4 July 2025 has now ceased to apply.
