Analysts of the suburban market of the Moscow region reported that prices for land in the suburbs reached a maximum. According to experts, over the past year, the average cost of plots without a contract in the region increased by almost a third and reached 4.9 million rubles.
The study clarifies that this is a record figure for the entire monitoring of the suburban market of the region. Experts associate the increase in prices with a reduction in supply. At the same time, cottages and plots with a mandatory construction contract rose by 5 percent and are now estimated at an average of 34.5 million rubles, and townhouses - by 6 percent, to 34.4 million rubles.
Analysts added that the increase in value is observed against the background of limited supply in the market. Price dynamics reflects the general trend in the suburban market of the region.
