The number of visits to doctors of young Russians has doubled over the past few years. Due to watching short videos and malnutrition, buzzers became more likely to suffer from hemorrhoids. This is reported by the Telegram channel SHOT.

According to the publication, the main reason for the sharp increase in the number of patients is a sedentary lifestyle. For example, a number of patients say that their problems began after a long view of “riles” in the toilet.

Among other reasons - malnutrition and lack of fiber in the diet, which contributes to the development of constipation and hemorrhoids.

The buzzers themselves on social networks advise each other not to take the phone to the toilet and not to stay there.

The coloproctologist confirms these recommendations and adds that for prevention it is necessary to move more, drink enough water and consume fiber.
