“Black Widow” was left without payments: the court revealed the scheme of Siberian marriage

A resident of the Altai Territory married a soldier the day before he signed the contract. Two weeks later, he died. Now the court has deprived her of the right to pay for the deceased soldier SBO. This is reported by the joint press service of the courts of the region.

How was it? The marriage was registered on July 15, 2025. The next day, the man signed a contract, and on July 30 he died. Prosecutor Bijska filed a lawsuit demanding to deprive the woman of insurance sums, lump-sum and monthly benefits.

The court questioned witnesses. There was no close family relationship between the spouses. Registration of marriage was formal, just to receive payments. The woman tried to object, but the court sided with the prosecutor. The appeal didn't change anything either.
