The police established the identity of the driver and brought her to justice under part 3 of article 12.23 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation for violation of the requirements for the transportation of children. Now the woman faces a fine of 5 thousand rubles. She also had a preventive conversation.
The traffic police reminded that the hands and knees of the driver are not able to replace the child seat. In case of a sharp braking or accident, such transportation can lead to serious consequences.
