Tribute to the beautiful half of humanity: in Dzerzhinsk opened the sculpture “her name is a woman”

We pay tribute to the beautiful half of humanity for the difficult but honorable mission to be the guardian of the hearth and at the same time work with dignity in the chosen profession. This was stated today by the Chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee Alexei Kushnarenko at the opening ceremony of the sculptural composition “Her name is a woman” during the regional festival-fair of workers of the village of Minsk region “Dazhynki-2026”, the correspondent of sb.by reports.

He thanked all those involved in the creation of this unique project - sculptors and patrons, who paid a significant part of the funds for the manufacture and installation of the composition, and expressed confidence that it will decorate the city and become a place of attraction.

- Sometimes they say that a woman is the weaker sex, but she is our rear, home, children, the future, said the author of the composition, sculptor Konstantin Kostyucheno.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of different generations of women: honorary citizen of the Minsk region Tatiana Zakhozhaya and tractor driver of Krutogorie-Petkovichi OJSC Lyubov Nevmerzhitskaya.
