Before the patient fainted ambulance in Murmansk went 20 minutes and received a warning

Murmansk regional ambulance station received a warning from the territorial authority of Roszdravnadzor in the Murmansk region. This follows from the information on the website of the Prosecutor General.

Specialists examined call maps. In a map dated May 15, 2026, in a patient with complaints of leg pain, the doctor did not describe the results of the examination in sufficient detail. That is, the document did not fully indicate what is seen and felt in the sore place.

When the call was repeated on May 17, 2026, other violations were found. The ambulance was rated as an emergency, although complaints were about possible loss of consciousness, which requires emergency assistance. In addition, the team reached the patient in more than 20 minutes.

The agency suggested that the ambulance station observe the procedure for providing assistance and properly maintain medical records. It was also recommended to take measures to ensure that such violations are not repeated.
