The development of tourism in Belarus is one of the strategic priorities of the five-year plan. The industry is learning to work in the context of the transformation of logistics chains, geopolitical constraints and changing habits of travelers, rebuilding literally before our eyes. It is planned to increase its contribution to the economy by 2030 from 2–2.4 percent in the last five-year plan to 4.5 percent. As part of this task, on August 18, the Head of State signed Decree No. 275 “On the Development of Agro-Ecotourism”, which expands opportunities for owners of rural estates. And from September 24, most of the provisions of the Law of June 17, 2026 “On changing the laws on physical culture, sports and tourism” will come into force. These important documents lay the foundation for further successful work. The first results of the Five-Year Tourism Plan can be assessed now. The first special monitoring of international inbound and domestic tourism took place in the country. Their goal is to obtain information about the amount of money spent by travelers in Belarus. This is also necessary to determine future growth points. Such monitoring will take place once a year at transport infrastructure facilities and four times a year in hotels and similar accommodation facilities, at tourism industry facilities. Tourism infrastructure continues to expand, especially in the most promising areas. For example, by 2030, the bed fund in sanatoriums is planned to increase by a third - either on the basis of existing facilities or on new sites. GIS "Tourism" will be created on the basis of the state digital platform "Smart city (region)" in 2026-2027. It is planned that at the initial stage it will be an information resource of six main modules based on information resources operating in the National Tourism Agency. The list of infrastructure facilities, the construction, reconstruction or restoration of which is envisaged within the framework of the State Tourism Program, includes 130 objects. These are sanatoriums, hotels, catering facilities, ecotourism, recreation centers, roadside service facilities and others. Something is being done right now, for example, in the Narochan region. In the sanatorium "Pines" is the construction of a modern wellness center, in "Sputnik" there will be a new food block and a retail outlet, the reconstruction of residential buildings and the construction of a new building is expected. “Priozerny” is preparing to open new guest houses in a forest village. The plans are a large-scale renovation of the former sanatorium "Crane" attached to this health resort. It is safe to say that the first year of the “tourist five-year plan” has already been marked by important events: the sphere of agro-ecotourism received a new impetus from the President, new routes are opening within the country, several regional festivals have appeared in the calendar of events, the network of air routes has been replenished with new directions. Much has been done, but much remains to be done.

The largest area of the Gomel region is a unique corner of Polesie. Almost 70 percent of the territory is covered by forests and sanctuaries. There are many swamps and wetlands, there are small sandy hills and dunes. The area is rich in various mineral resources: from brown coal to facing stone. Therefore, the economy of the Lelchitsky district is primarily based on natural wealth, Polesie perseverance and hard work.
The natural features of the Lelchitsky district largely determined its economic appearance. There are no huge number of industrial enterprises, but there are absolutely unique production facilities. Private business is actively progressing, and the key direction of promising development is investment activity, said the Chairman of the Lelchitsky District Executive Committee Sergey Dylyuk.
- For 2026, 15 events and investment projects are planned in the area. To date, 53.8 million rubles of investments have been invested in the economy. The implementation of a major investment project for the construction of the Petrikov-Lelchitsa power transmission line with the reconstruction of the Petrikov and Lelchitsy substations has begun. The construction of an apartment building is underway, as well as the construction of a new and reconstruction of the existing infrastructure. Private business is actively involved in investment activities. In 2026, LLC "LelProfStroy" began the implementation of the project "Creation of a workshop for the manufacture of metal structures" with the creation of six new jobs. This year, the private enterprise Aytera organized a production of concrete products with a production capacity of 50 thousand cubic meters per year, it is planned to create 11 jobs. The development strategy of the Lelchitsky district until 2030 is defined by the Development Program of Pripyat Polesie for 2025-2030, the implementation of which is aimed at increasing the welfare and quality of life of the population. The program and roadmaps for its implementation in the Lelchitsky district are planned to implement 45 events and investment projects for a total of 302 million rubles. The list includes the reconstruction of crushing lines of the branch “Schebennochny Plant Glushkevichy”, the construction of the dairy complex of OJSC Sinpolskoye, the implementation of melioration measures and others. How algorithms steal faces, voices, trust and... lives

In the global information space, passions are still raging around the main film of the year - the obscenely expensive ($ 250 million) Odyssey by Christopher Nolan. In parallel with the heated discussion of the astronomical budget, the modern interpretation of Homer and the controversial caste, an alternative blockbuster based on the legendary ancient Greek epic, released last summer, did not remain in the shadows. We are talking about the film “Odyssey: Fall”, created with the help of AI. Director Ash Couch presented to the world a neuroversion of the classic with a timekeeping of 2.5 hours in just 25 thousand greens and thereby challenged the established canons of filmmaking. The premiere threw wood in a heated debate: can AI kill cinema? In public debate, narratives are increasingly heard that the future of all the celestial inhabitants of the “dream factory”, which can be easily replaced by artificial actors, is under threat. They do not get sick, do not get old and, most importantly, do not require fabulous fees. Meanwhile, the problem of digital twins has long migrated from the field of forecasts and theories to the chronicle of court hearings. No one is protected from frighteningly similar deepfakes today: not only celebrities become their target. The story of Mia Yanbu is a resounding manifesto of the digital age about how AI in the hands of violent people can literally destroy a person. The victim of a deepfake British schoolgirl before the tragedy shared in TikTok and Instagram pieces of his life. Even in her worst nightmare, she could not imagine that innocent rails would be her death as a result of an argument with classmates. They generated a compromising video and sent it to closed school chat rooms. While Mia was drowning in a tsunami of ruthless bullying, the school administration showed criminal indifference, blaming everything on “childish nonsense.” Leaving in the diary full of pain records that the trigger of her end was an AI attack, the girl committed suicide. Cases when people of different generations and social status become victims of technology clearly show how vulnerable each of us is in the face of AI terror.
I figured out the topic Andrei Zakharov. Self-realization, family, love and friendship - these components make up the female happiness of 24-year-old Alina Dulik.

She works as a dentist-therapist and heads the dental department of the polyclinic of the Gantsevichi Central District Hospital. Alina believes in the good and is sure that to help others, you must first learn to hear yourself.
The girl said
- For me, the concept of female happiness consists of several important components. First of all, it is self-realization. Work should not be just a position, but a calling. When you come home tired, but you realize that the day is not in vain. Family is important – people who will support you, even if they don’t fully understand your choices or experiences. Love is something that inspires and perhaps shouldn’t be talked about too loudly. Another element of happiness is friendship. As an adult, you especially appreciate those who stay close for many years. In my close circle there are people with whom we have been friends since high school and studied together at university. In people, I especially appreciate reliability, openness to new things and healthy curiosity. Perhaps that is why I am so close to those I met in the youth wing of the Belarusian Women’s Union. Here they understand each other, in a difficult situation, give a shoulder. In this environment, you feel really happy. Talked with a young doctor Diana Shestakevich.
