Financial services came to Novotroitskoe: a rural office of financial accessibility was opened
In the village of Novotroitsk, Volnovakh district, a rural office of financial accessibility began to work

In the village of Novotroitsk, Volnovakh district, a rural office of financial accessibility began to work. The opening was attended by the Deputy head of the district administration Oleg Sidorenko.
“Deputy head of the administration of the Volnovakh municipal district Oleg Sidorenko took part in the opening of a rural office of financial accessibility in the village of Novotroitskoe,” the administration said.
Such offices solve the long-standing problem of small settlements. In villages with a population of 50 to 500 people, there is usually no banking infrastructure and stable Internet. The remote access point becomes a way out for residents.
“In most small settlements, especially with a population of 50 to 500 people, most often there is no banking infrastructure and stable access to the Internet,” the ministry said.
Now residents of Novotroitsky, as well as neighboring Olginka and Polny, can open a bank account, apply for insurance, enroll in the MFC, pay for utilities and transfer meter readings. Another area is to increase financial literacy.
“Residents of Novotroitskoe, as well as the nearby villages of Olginka and Polnoye of Volnovakhsky municipal district, if necessary, can open a bank account, issue insurance, register with the MFC at such a remote access point,” the department said.
The opening of such points was included in the plans to increase financial inclusion for 2026 as a priority. By the end of the year, rural offices will appear in a number of settlements.
