Belarus-China: Bridge for Innovation 2026 Forum to be held on 8 and 9 October

The forum “Belarus – China: Bridge for Innovation 2026” will be held in the special economic zone of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park “Great Stone” and the scientific and technological park of BNTU “Polytechnic” on October 8 and 9, the organizers told the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency.

The forum will be attended by representatives of the Minsk City Executive Committee, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Belarus, the administration of the Great Stone Industrial Park, the pilot zone of regional trade and economic cooperation China-SCO, as well as higher education institutions of Belarus and China.

The organizers are the Minsk City Executive Committee, the Polytechnic Science and Technology Park, the Confucius Institute for Science and Technology of BNTU, the Sinomachbel company.

On the first day of the forum, the participants will have a solemn opening ceremony, a seminar on supporting innovative entrepreneurship, as well as a conference to discuss mechanisms and tools for the economic and cultural integration of Belarus and China.

On the second day, a conference is planned on technologies in the field of surface engineering, new materials, instrumentation, mechanical engineering, construction and architecture. There will also be a section on “Technologies in the field of medicine, physiology, information technologies, biotechnology and ecology”. The program will be completed by a seminar on youth entrepreneurship with a competition of innovative start-up projects.
