Photo with a bouquet turned for a resident of Buryatia administrative fine

The Bichursky district court in Buryatia found a local resident guilty of publicly demonstrating the symbols of an extremist organization. A resident of the village of Bichura published on his page in the social network “Vkontakte” photo with a bouquet. The flowers depicted the symbols of the criminal movement, recognized in Russia banned for extremist motives. The publication became the reason for the proceedings and subsequent administrative punishment.

Taking into account all the circumstances, the court imposed an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 2 thousand rubles. The ruling has not entered into legal force.
