Vladimir Standard CEO faces disqualification for repeated salary delay
The situation at one of the largest meat processing enterprises of the Vladimir region begins to stabilize

The situation at one of the largest meat processing enterprises in the Vladimir region is beginning to stabilize. The general director of Vladimir Standard Rail Yalilov, who previously received an administrative penalty for debts to the team, reported on progress to the regional government.
At a meeting with the participation of the chief federal inspector Igor Grechukha and the labor inspectorate, Yalilov said that the plant has already paid more than 52 million rubles (the debt from October 15 was repaid). The remaining amount — payment for October 30 — the management promises to transfer before the end of this week. Compliance with the schedule is put on departmental control.
Earlier, a case was opened against the director under Part 6 of Art. 5.27 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. However, according to the law, repeated delay threatens him with disqualification under part 7 of the same article. To maintain his post, Yalilov needs not only to close the current debt, but also to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the enterprise, which has been in idle mode since July due to a change in the commodity matrix and anti-crisis measures of the owner - GAP Resource.
