Heads of 7 districts of Orel region took part in the All-Russian forum

The first regional day of the IV All-Russian Municipal Forum “Small Motherland – Power of Russia” was held in Moscow. It was attended by the heads of Kromsky, Glazunovskiy, Korsakovskiy, Verkhovskiy, Zalegoschensky, Khotynets and Livensky districts of the Orel region. This was reported in the press service of the city hall.

Participants discussed the development of rural areas and the proposals of municipalities. As WARMSU co-chair Irina Guseva noted:

“Rural areas are not “deep”, but the root system of the country. It is important not just to collect proposals, but to turn initiatives from the ground into systemic solutions and remove existing barriers.

The proposals of the Oryol municipalities will be taken into account in the preparation of the federal part of the forum, which will be held in April 2027.
