Adoptive parents in the Novosibirsk region can issue a certificate for maternity capital after the entry into force of the court decision on adoption
The right to receive maternity capital arises under several conditions:
the adoptive parent and the child must have russian citizenship;
the court decision on adoption shall enter into force;
the applicant should not have previously received a certificate for maternity capital.
Documents can be submitted in several ways. In particular, the application is accepted in the client services of the regional branch of the SFR and multifunctional centers. The application will require a passport, documents confirming the adoption, and confirmation of the Russian citizenship of the child.
Another option is to submit an application through the portal “Public Services”. However, after electronic submission within five working days, it is necessary to bring the adoption document to the client service of the Social Fund. No prior record is required for this.
After approval of the application, the certificate will be sent electronically through “Public Services”. If the applicant is more convenient to use a paper document, it can also be obtained by hand.
