Residents can, through the court, achieve the closure of a noisy institution in a residential building. This was stated by lawyer Sergey Zhorin in comments to NEWS.ru.

According to him, first you need to record violations and collect evidence. To do this, you can contact the police, Rospotrebnadzor and the prosecutor's office, as well as save video recordings and the results of inspections.

If visitors to the institution make noise on the street, arrange fights or violate public order, the lawyer advises to contact the police every time and record what is happening.

As a result, the court can suspend or completely ban the work of the institution, if there are legal grounds for this.
