Roszdravnadzor announced a warning to the Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine of the Kaliningrad region. The supervisory authority found discrepancies in the documents on calls to the patient, and also drew attention to the composition of the paramedic brigade.
According to the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office, on June 30 at 04:57, a paramedic ambulance team arrived at the patient. There was only one paramedic in it. At the same time, according to the established requirements, the general medical field team should include two specialists.
In addition, Roszdravnadzor found discrepancies between the paramedic’s explanatory note and the call card. The note said that during the examination, a formation in the left hypochondrium was found. The paramedic reported this to the medical team and suggested that the patient may have an aneurysm. However, this information was missing from the call card.
Another discrepancy was found in another call card. According to the record, the patient complained of severe abdominal pain, loose stools and severe weakness. At the same time, in the section with the results of the examination, it was indicated that his chair was normal.
The territorial body of Roszdravnadzor in the Kaliningrad region proposed the medical organization to take measures to comply with the requirements for the composition of ambulance teams and the registration of medical documentation.
