St. Petersburg water disposal systems are ready to receive water flows from heavy rain, which is expected in the city on September 24. It can fall up to 30 millimeters of rain. This is reported by the “Petersburg diary”.

Usually sewers cope with the rain, but when there is too much rain, water can temporarily accumulate on the streets. After a while, the system accepts it and the flow disappears. The water disposal system of the Vodokanal is reportedly in good condition and ready to receive all precipitation.

The water utility will serve only those sewerage networks that are on its balance sheet. In some areas, developers, management companies and road services may also own them.
